Whole House Clean Out in Elkhart, Indiana
We got this house in Elkhart, Indiana ready to sell with our whole house clean out!
Our whole house clear/clean out was officially completed on Friday July 1st at 3 pm! The for sale sign was posted at 2 pm, and by 5 pm they already had 10 showings booked for that evening and several offers!
First, we tackled all the bedrooms, closets, bathrooms, and family room then gave the kitchen a facelift. Next, it was on to Goodwill in my new-to-me trailer LOADED with furniture! And the piece de resistance?? A damn chipmunk got in the house and I had to get stitches at one point, but we took care of it!
So much work went into this, but it was worth the wrecked feeling at the end of the day! I am passionate about helping people get ready to move or improve their current living situations, and on this project, I had an extra helper in my husband!
